I hold the rank of Full Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg. Previously, I was an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business at the University of Otago in New Zealand.
I am currently a Member of the Board (as one of two Government of Canada nominees) at Winnipeg Airports Authority.
Before beginning my academic career, I was an analyst at Longwoods International.
My academic work focuses on the economic and legal regulation of commercial air transport in Canada and New Zealand. As is often the case with academics, I have held large research grants and published books and journal articles. My vita is available upon request.
